RICK DANKO

"Times Like These" is Rick Danko's last studio album and is the culmination of the Rock N Roll Hall of Famer's work which spanned forty years. Included is the beautiful original title track and a heartfelt cover of the Grateful Dead's "Ripple" which also features Levon Helm and Garth Hudson. An inspirational version of Sam Cooke's "Chain Gang" which features a duet with Randy Ciarlante. The rockin' All Our Past Times, which Rick co-wrote with Eric Clapton and also features Jim Weider. Also included is another original song co-written by Danko and features Rick's brother Terry Danko on bass called "Change Is Good". Two songs are included from Rick's last recordings, "Let The Four Winds Blow" with Levon Helm on harp and "Book Faded Brown", featuring Maud Hudson. A masterfully reworked version of "This Wheel's On Fire" by The Crowmatix. Also included is Rick's testimony to helping out the neighborhood "You Can Go Home" and "People of Conscience". This CD defines Rick Danko's unsurpassed talent and his accomplished career.
